How does check-in work?

The property is fully online with no reception on site. Once the details of all guests are provided in line with Czech law and payment is completed, access codes are sent by email shortly before arrival. Alternatively you can use our central reception at Jilská 9, a minute away on foot.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 to 24:00 and check-out from 1:00 to 10:00. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.

How many guests can stay in the apartments?

Studios sleep two guests, the Superior Studio sleeps four, and the two and three-bedroom apartments sleep up to six depending on the layout.

Is breakfast served?

Breakfast is not served. Every apartment has a private kitchen or kitchenette with a coffee machine, and there is a coffee house on the ground floor.

Is parking available?

Private parking is arranged on reservation in a nearby facility for EUR 30 per day. Street parking is also available in the area.

Is Wi-Fi free?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the property and is free of charge.

Does the property have a terrace?

Yes, the Two-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace has its own terrace with views of Prague rooftops and towers.

How far is the centre of Prague?

The property is in the historic centre itself. Old Town Square is 0.4 km and Charles Bridge 0.55 km on foot.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed.

Is the property suitable for families?

Yes, family apartments are available, along with a children's high chair and a free crib on request for children up to three years old.

How can I pay?

Payment cards are accepted and cash is not. Payment is taken in Czech koruna.

Is there an elevator?

Yes, upper floors are accessible by elevator. There are a few stairs on the way to the lift.
